Professional Experience
In the last decade, I’ve enjoyed many success stories and wonderful clients. Some of my favorites being non-profits such as Gleaners Community Foodbank, InsideOut Literary Arts, Lighthouse, and the Arab Community Center for Economic & Social Services (ACCESS). I love when I can use design to help make an impact, or amplify outreach for a great message.
I’ve also had the privilege of doing a lot of work for the city of Detroit, through clients such as Midtown Detroit Inc., and Downtown Detroit Partnerships. Designing all sorts of multi-media projects for these clients has been a blast, with some highlights being a GD USA award winning identity system for Noel Night in Midtown, and designing the logo and identity system for last years Tree Lighting Ceremony in downtown Detroit.
Education
I started getting into design my sophomore year of high school, after taking a ‘Computer Arts’ elective. Through this and some other classes I met some really inspiring instructors. Who pushed me to win several awards with my work, such as the Michigan Top 18 Governors Traveling Artists Award in 2011. These instructors pushed me to apply to College for Creative Studies after graduating, a truly life changing place for me. 4 of the most stressful —but wonderful and insightful years I’ve experienced. The professors and people I met during my time there have forever left an impact on me, and I owe a lot of my career success stories in the following years to the lessons gained on that campus.
Personal Life
There's much more to talk about
But some things are better left for one-on-one, in the interest of client privacy I can’t openly post about all my past work or experiences, but I’d be happy to schedule a meeting to discuss further.
